Girls’ Net groups are a fantastic, supportive online resource for girls aged 8-18.

 

Girls are brought together with other girls of the same age and over the course of 6 weeks, we co-create a safe space to cover many topics, such as building resilience and healthy ways of coping, and discuss how all emotions are valid, and how our values can help guide us.

 

Over the 6 weeks we provide girls with:

• mentoring to support challenging times 

• a safe space to be herself

• ways to calm anxious feelings and healthy ways of coping

• guidance through school and life transitions

• a friendly circle of same-age girls.
